BESPOKE ORDERS

We offer a bespoke service where no design or idea in your head is too much trouble. From personalised embroidery items to Logo designing or stickers, we will be happy to work with you to bring any visions you have to life. The best way to enquire about a bespoke order is to contact us on social media or fill out the Contact Us page and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: We no longer offer embroidery services where customers provide the item for us. Due to the nature of embroidery machines, things could rarely go wrong. To minimise the risk of anyone's items being damaged or not to standard, any bespoke orders will have products supplied by us.

CORONAVIRUS

We are taking some extra steps to help minimise the spread of COVID-19—extra hand washing and sanitising before, during and after work especially during packaging. We also send off the majority of our parcels via a locker, to minimise any face-to-face contact with others. If you are collecting your order locally, we would advise you to wear a face covering unless you are exempt and practice social distancing if possible.

Here at Carl's Craft Creations we take your personal data seriously. We do not keep any of your personal information physically stored & only use information provided by our customers to complete orders and send your items. We only use information that you provide to us to complete orders, this includes;
